How To Get Fit ABS

Exercise:

Well, you can begin with exercises that target your abdominal muscle’s such as the abdominal hold. To execute this exercise you need a steady chair and someway to time a minute. Sit up tall in the chair, positioning your hands on the edge of the chair with your fingers pointing towards your knees.

Next you need to tighten your abdominals and bring your toes at least two to four inches up off of the floor and at the same time raise your butt off the chair. You then maintain this position for as long as possible, or at least for five to ten seconds. Now, lower yourself back onto the chair and repeat doing this exercise for one whole minute.

Another exercise to trim your abdominals looks difficult, but it really Is not. This exercise will require balance and will work your oblique muscles and your hips. To do side crunches use a exercise mat and kneel down and lean all the way over to your right side. Now, position your right palm on the floor. You want to keep your weight balanced, and slowly extend your left leg and your toes point in front of you. Now, position your left hand behind your head and point your elbow towards the ceiling.

Now, slowly lift your leg to hip height and extend your arm from behind your head to above your extended leg with your palm facing before you. Turn your head toward your extended leg and bring the left side of your rib cage towards your hip. Now, go back to your starting position and repeat the same process eight times. Do 2 sets of eight reps on one side then alternate legs and do eight reps on the other side.

Eat:

Eat your way to flatter abdominals. There are certain foods that you will be able to consume to help you achieve those trim, flat abdominals. Foods such as almonds, eggs, soy, apples, berries, leafy greens, yogurt, salmon, certain veggies and Quinoa.

Almonds are full of protein and fiber, vitamin E and a powerful antioxidant. They likewise have magnesium, which is something your body requires to produce energy, build and maintain muscle tissue and likewise to regulate blood glucose. Try for twenty-three almonds every day.

Eggs are also a great protein source and also essential amino acids that are used as building blocks to make muscle fibers and also brain chemicals. Quinoa is a whole grain that’s high in fiber and protein. You cook it like you would a grain and it’s a nutty flavor. You should consume one 1/2 cupful of Quinoa as a hot cereal or on top of salad each day.
